Dakota is an experienced chief estimator and pre-construction services manager with over 7 years experience employed by a general contractor. His experience includes new construction, tenant improvements and remodels ranging from 100k - 7 million. Dakota is extremely well-versed in all types of construction to include residential, multifamily, food service, automotive, office, educational, airport and industrial type projects.
